I grew up in America and the UK, so I'm liking this song! Sing along and you'll be in a good mood. It's true, how come you can't get Ribena in America? And girl's got some amazing legs. If I had legs like that, I'd go through a pot off Vaseline a week, even in winter!

And then I saw that Sam Sparro covered it (below). He actually went to my high school. He was good friends with my baby sister (they were in some classes together, which means he's super successful, AND four years younger than me!) and they'd ride their bikes to school together. People were really rude to him for being a weird Australian gay boy in the middle of an Asian neighborhood in LA. Turns out his weirdness was actually coolness, and he's kicking ass all over the place now.

I (don't) wonder what those bastards who made fun of him are doing now.

I like that song! It's all a little Basement Jaxx-ish (think: take me back to your house era). Haven't heard Sam Sparro cover it. I actually don't even know who Sam Sparro is! I'm sure he kicks ass though

Sam Sparro's cover is awesome. I liked the song initially but it was played over and over again at this one club I worked at... it was ruined for me... :( lol

Listening to his other songs, I especially liked the one named Cottonmouth.
He's a performer for sure :)

Yeah, that'll ruin a song for you. I don't go out or listen to the radio, so this song's still fun for me.

Sam Sparro's "Black and Gold" was his big hit. I was trying to find an old photo of him with braces sitting with my little sister when they were like 13, but I can't find it!
